ART in Embassies – Spires of the Sea

Sculptures

Sam Tubiolo’s sculptures confront you with raw environment: rugged terrain, deep valleys, violent rivers, and natural forces, emerging and changing.”

ART in Embassies (AIE), an office within the U.S. Department of State, bridges cultures and strengthens ties with our allies through the power of visual art and creative exchanges.

By highlighting the finest American artistic voices and fostering global collaboration, AIE builds understanding and sparks meaningful connections across nations.

I was honored to have my work selected for the portfolio of available art from which ambassadors could choose to exhibit in their respective assignments. In this case, the ambassador to Cyprus selected three of my sculptures to exhibit in the U.S. Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Detailed information about the Program may be obtained by accessing the ART web site, art.state.gov . It functions as an interactive global museum featuring on-line versions of all current exhibitions.
